Dear Friends,

For years I have enjoyed baking for my family. Now, with the creation of Rocky Top Bakery, I have the pleasure of baking for you. These days, when most of us have more good intentions than time, think of me as your surrogate grandmother, who lovingly bakes home-style cookies with finesse especially for you.

I’m not a cookie factory, not that I have anything against them — you might even find some Oreos or Milanos in my pantry. But when most people want to send a box of cookies, they're not looking for "store bought" or even "bakery bought" quality — they can easily go to the store and buy some off the shelf. Most people are looking for something truly homemade…and that's what I deliver. I’m a one-woman operation and all orders are personally handled by me — the one who will bake, package, and ship it.

All baked goods are baked-to-order. My home-style cookies and biscotti are mixed from scratch and baked to perfection using only the finest ingredients to ensure a home-baked taste in every bite. Cookies are scooped by hand from dough made with simple ingredients, such as unbleached flour, free-range organic eggs, fresh Grade AA sweet cream butter, salt from the Mediterranean Sea, generous amounts of dark and white chocolate morsels, toasted nuts, and heaping portions of homemade goodness. They're made without preservatives, trans fats, commercial oils, artificial flavors or colors — there’s no artificial anything. Whether it’s measuring ingredients, shelling pistachios, or grating fresh citrus zest — everything is done by hand to ensure the highest quality possible. Your order is carefully hand-packed and sent straight from my kitchen to you.
