What is biscotti?
Biscotti are crunchy Italian dipping cookies. They are baked twice to give them a dry, crunchy texture so they can be dunked in beverages such as coffee, tea, milk, or wine. These centuries-old cookies orig-inated in Italy and are traditionally baked in almond, anisette, and hazelnut flavors. Rocky Top, however, takes biscotti to a new level and bakes biscotti in new and exciting flavors that appeal to more adven-turesome taste buds.

To give you the best quality upon arrival, your biscotti are baked fresh after your order is placed. They are made with the freshest, finest quality ingredients, and contain no added preservatives.

Pistachio Biscotti
That's Italian! Baked twice for a crunchy texture, these biscotti are not as hard as store bought. Dry roasted pistachios are hand shelled. Hand rolled, hand cut biscotti are drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate for the finishing touch. These mildly sweet bis-cotti are meant to be dunked in coffee and are not as hard as store bought.

Ginger-Almond Biscotti
Prize winning recipe! Finely chopped, gourmet crystallized (candied) ginger, slivered blanched almonds, and white chocolate morsels team up with a burst of orange from freshly hand squeezed juice and grated orange zest in these mildly sweet, classic hand rolled, hand cut Italian cookies.
