How big are the cookies?
Cookies are sized for serious milk-dunking. They typically measure 2-3/4 to 3 inches in diameter — about five or six bites, depending on how hungry you are. See the individual item descriptions for particular size information.

Biscotti are generally 4" long x 3/4" wide x 1-1/8" thick (at center).

What is the shelf life of the cookies and how should they be stored?
Your cookies are baked fresh after they're ordered to give you the best quality upon arrival. Because they are made with fresh ingredients and no added preservatives, they are best eaten as soon as possible. Shelf life for most baked goods is about 5 to 6 days or longer if kept refrigerated or frozen. They should
be stored in an airtight container. For the best taste and texture, allow refrigerated/frozen cookies to adjust back to room temperature before eating. Pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds to warm them or a 350° oven for 10 minutes to restore their crispness. Take care not to leave them in high temperature conditions.

Because of their low moisture content, biscotti has a longer shelf life. Store biscotti in an air tight container.

Do you use preservatives and are the ingredients safe?
All Rocky Top cookies and biscotti are baked using fresh, wholesome ingredients with no added preservatives. Only the safest, finest quality baking ingredients are used. See the individual item descriptions for the specific ingredients used in each recipe.

Are there any ingredients that may cause allergies?
The recipes contain egg and wheat, and many of them also contain nuts. All of the baked goods are prepared and baked in a kitchen with equipment that handles peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, soy, chocolate, gluten, and wheat. Please see the individual item descriptions for the list of ingredients.
