Payment Method
Online payments using your debit card, major credit card, or bank account are accepted instantly through PayPal — one of the most popular and trusted payment methods on the Internet. It's easy to use and a PayPal account is not needed. Best of all, the service is FREE!

Gift Purchases
A gift card will be included for purchases sent to a third party. Please indicate your personal message
to the recipient in the special instructions box at time of purchase. Packing slips showing purchase price are not included in purchases designated as gifts.

Order Processing Time
Cookies and biscotti are baked fresh-to-order and shipped within 3 to 4 business days after receipt of payment. Please allow extra time during peak holiday periods.

Packaging
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped separately to ensure their perfect arrival. Plastic bakery containers and food-grade dry wax tissue are FDA approved for food contact.

Shipping Options & Delivery Area
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Depending upon the delivery location, please allow one to three days for delivery (four to five days for Alaska and Hawaii). These delivery times are estimates provided by the USPS and are not guaranteed. Please understand that Rocky Top Bakery cannot be responsible for the length of time in transit.

Currently, baked goods are only shipped to addresses within the United States. Non-edible gift items are available for worldwide shipment. International orders of non-edible items are shipped USPS First-Class Mail International. Local hand delivery and pick-up is not available at this time. Expedited services are also not offered at this time — they are too expensive, and in most cases, would cost more than the cookies.

Keep in mind that delivery times are to the destination address, not necessarily to the recipient. While
the very best will be done to get your order there as soon as possible, Rocky Top cannot be held responsible for packages left in doorways, pick-up notices left when no one is home, or for slow mail delivery systems such as those on college campuses. Typically, colleges and businesses do not have delivery services on Saturdays. This is especially important to consider when sending cookies to these types of addresses. The mailroom or receiving department is responsible for delivering the package to the correct recipient, which may result in a delay..

High Volume Periods & Weather Delays
Order delivery may take longer during the holidays and may be impacted by severe weather conditions, so please allow extra time. For more information (updated daily) about postal facilities that are closed or have mail entry limits because of natural disasters or severe weather conditions, click here.

Returned Packages
Carefully verify your shipping address before submitting your order. In the event your package is returned — because the address provided was insufficient (lacking an apartment or suite number), incorrect (no such street name, house number, or no such person at the address), or that a pick-up notice was left and the recipient never called to arrange delivery — you will be immediately notified. A new package of cookies will be sent as soon as a corrected address is received from you. The original package will be discarded. There is a $10.00 charge for the second delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind my products 100%. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and I want you to come back. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately after receiving your order for a replacement or full refund. I will either replace your package and reship it at no charge, or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. However, I can not extend my guarantee to orders that were undeliverable because I was given an incorrect shipping address and/or the package was not picked up in a timely manner. Please verify your shipping addresses carefully.
